OK, in fact I used the first version of this program to repair an intractible problem with printing in os 10.1 Following the application's very clear and simple sequence of steps, I discovered the problem -- with an epson printer -- required removing a competing canon driver! No way would I have reached this solution on my own: this programmer has really done his homework. A great public service.
