Since upgrading to VTPro v4x from v3, the program intermittently 'drops' my registration, returns the username and password are invalid message. I emailed VT about this, but didnt hear back (uncharacteristically). Finally figured out that trashing prefs file and restarting cured the problem - temporarily. Otherwise, great software.

I have been a long time subscriber of VersionTracker Pro and the latest upgrade:Version 4.0fc1 (4.0fc1) is causing problems.
It gives me the following message when attempting to re-register my PowerBook computer:
"VersionTracker Pro could not establish a connection. Please verify that you are connected to the Internet and try again. (0)"
I followed the advice of your "VersionTracker Weekly Alerts
Date: November 5, 2005 8:33:22 AM PST (CA)" after updating.
Please advise the steps that I must take to re-register my two computers monitored by VersionTracker Pro.
My account is current and consists of:
VersionTracker Pro including the MacFixIt Pro Bundle and it Expires in 263 days (Jul 26, 2006)
