Existing users, 
I have a new G5 imac and a powerbook.
This software has totally messed up both machines.
tons of errors when you sync home folders not to mention how it messes up files on BOTH machines.
I wish I could give this junk a zero all around

You call this a review? Sheesh...Ah, well...at least you're honest enough to openly demonstrate WHY you rated this excellent software so poorly: you don't have the slightest idea how to use it.
Seriously, dude...if you've spent the bux on SyncPro!X license, you bought the best all-around backup solution for Mac OS X that currently exists. But you're not quite done yet. This is NOT some Mickey Mouse P.O.S. featureless junkware for morons; it's a sophisticated tool. Now, just take the last step and go the rest of the way; invest the time to LEARN how to use the tool you bought. You'll be glad you did. In fact, you'll be so glad that you'll wanna come back and delete this embarrassing review you wrote, and replace it with one written by a person who doesn't let his emotions stomp all over his ability to reason.

Your machines got screwed up because you didn't read the instructions and find out what "sync" means. You can't just willy nilly transport everything in both home folders to other computers and back and expect them to work right. Sync up your DATA between machines, sure, but when you synched up the Library folders, which contain data peculiar to THAT personality on THAT machine, how can you expect anything but massive errors?I've used Sync Pro for several years. It has never performed in a way other than for which it was designed, and I've successfully customized scripts that make it do EXACTLY what I want it to do.
Read tha manual, man.
