First, the price to upgrade is laughable for an update that is cosmetic at best.

Second, they systematically ignore their userbase, which has been clamoring for sub-folder updating over a year now - a basic and necessary function for anyone who organizes their photos into sub-folders by date, etc. iView only watches for media files being added to the main library folder, and ignores new folders and their contents - and considering many cameras/exif managers download and sort into folders, this means you have to manually add their contents every time. Ridiculous.

iView has lost yet another customer.
