This latest version is excruciatingly slow in installing icons. The progress bar moves slowly, the console log fills up with
"authexec: executing /System/Library/ScriptingAdditions/StandardAdditions.osax/Contents/MacOS/uid" messages and I have to re-enter my admin pass every minute. Total amount it's taking to install icons is about 30 mins.

Very slow - Welles Goodrich

I had the same issue and gave up after 45 minutes with only about half the icons installed. It was requesting my password for each icon, I believe. Finally I trashed the half modified Safari and got a fresh version with Pacifist. Hope there's an update. I like Safaricon!
