I wanted to make this a new post so folks will read this along with the ones below.
Matthew at Marketcircle did call me, at his expense, and got me up and running. It seems that I did indeed fall thru the cracks at their help desk. I apprecieate the extra time and effort made to get me going again.
I would still suggest that phone intervention be made available at some level to avoid problems such as mine in the future.
