You *absolutely* need to follow the instructions (especially making sure you are running the proper versions and have selected certain prefs in Entourage), but *IF* (and the keyword is "if") you follow the instructions, this works. And it works FAST. I have used the AppleScript sync app, and this is way faster, but also simpler since it uses the iSync UI.

They do need to polish the UI a little bit (some typos and ToolTips/clarification on what some of the options do) would make the UI experience nicer, but all in all it does what it says, and does it nicely.

I suspect the negative posts are either from competitors or people who didn't read the instructions. They allow full functionality during their trial, so you have nothing to risk, so the people asking for refunds make no sense - why would you pay for something if you didn't try it first (when you COULD try it)??
