The connection is stablished but no packets are received or sent (as per Network Utility). The VPNclient GUI shows "connected" in the status window, but I can not browse the web, check email, ftp, ping, nothing. Same settings work fine on my PB G4.
I found a comment on the VPNclient 4.6 user documentation that states:
"Mac OS X VPN Clients support only single interface FastEthernet network adapters."
I wander if this also applies to 4.7. The new G5s have dual ethernet cards.
Any ideas?
Thanks!

I have the sam problem on our Power Mac G5 Dual 2Ghz with dual ethernet. Works fine on my PB G4 with the same OS version. Probably a fix from Cisco is needed.Thursday, December 08 2005 @ 02:07 AM PST

Just installed 4.7 on a Quad G5 with two ethernet ports. Having the exact same issue. Can't one simple disable one of the ethernet ports? If so, how? Or would a completely different adapter be required?Better yet, Cisco could simple fix the software.
