This is the only batch iPod exporter that I could find, and it works wonderfully. It basically takes the Quicktime Pro option to export videos to an iPod and simplifies it, along with adding batch support.

This new version takes basically any Quicktime file you throw at it (with the exception of MPEG-1 Muxed)

I highly recommend using this to take your movies on your computer and make them iPod compatible.
