Used Product For: Over One Year

Is it an upgrade or what? I am a registered user of 9.03. But this thing tells me "Could not decompress readiris, the data dose not match" (or something like that). Then it installs more than 1000 pieces, but the Readiris app I find in my Applications folder does not want to open, saying it is incomplete. What the heck does it mean? (I have downloaded it twice, from here and from ftp, with same result)

PPC G5 dual 1.8, 768 mem. Tiger 10.4.2

It's an Upgrade to Version 11 NOT 9!

The funny thing is: V11 isn't avaiable at the moment at the irislink-site, but if you have a look at the (german) apple-store (http://store.apple.com/Apple/WebObjects/germanstore.woa/) you can search for "readiris 11" - and you'll get a hit.
Seems that there IS an V11...
