I put in for a refund last week. Still haven't heard from the developer. I have been more than patient with this rubbish. Reading the instructions has made no difference. Quite simply, this is total crap. You would have a better chance of syncing everything by standing on one leg, rubbing your stomach with one hand and tapping your head with the other...really.
