Just tried out the demo. Not sure what all the fuss is. Seems to open and play WMV files just fine inside QT. I am using Tiger 10.4.2 and QTPro 7.0.3

I tried exporting a WMV to a Video iPod format and that seemed to work just fine too. I don't use any M$ software like Office at all so I don't have to worry about it.

From what I can tell only two files are installed. A PreferencePane and a QT component. Trash those and you'll be fine if you want to ditch it.

I'm gonna eval it awhile longer. I am currently leaning towards buying it.
