Existing users, 
This app is great. The combo of sound, speech and music is very relaxing and sleep inducing.
A proper pdf instruction manual would be helpful however. The slick website says there is one, but it's a tips sheet and not nearly as comprehensive as it could/should be. There are a number of parameters to set and an explanation would be appreciated.
