This application fit the bill precisely. Instructions are a bit terse, should it have some discussion of NAT? also took me a while to figure out that the splicer address is the internal IP address of the Mac running RNSplicer server. I would love to see this combined with Bonjour Browser, so that I could just click on the services that I wanted to serve out. The default setting would be to have all services off. Even so, what an amazing tool. The only other source of WAN-Bonjour routing Used to be RendezvousVPN; which seems to have been pulled from the market. So I was looking for a replacement, I like this even better. It seems to work fine for applications without fixed ports. The ability to remap fixed ports on the client side would also be nice. Overall quite a good start.
