Product Platform: MacOSX

Used Product For: Over One Year

The linked file to download results in an installer package that installs the Adobe Download Manager which, then launches and downloads the full Adobe Reader installer DMG. That happens to be the full version 7.0.0 installer. What gives here?

Huh? - skyo63

Same here. This one will attempt to install 7.0.0 regardless of version already present in the Applications folder.

Safest way to update is launching Reader, then let it check for available updates. That's what I ended up doing since I already had 7.0.3 installed.

AUM Crashes When It Attempts to Download. - alphasubzero949

I've been able to reproduce this problem on three machines running 10.4.2 with different users. It works fine on the two machines running 10.3.9. I've tried just about every troubleshooting measure I could think of.
