Existing users, 
Downloaded and installed with 0 hitches, as did several of my colleagues. If you end up with a Artist% Genre% status, just switch the status to something else, then back to Current iTunes Track and it works after that.
Excellent support as well, I highly recommend it.

Installation problems! I dragged the program to my Application folder. When I start it, it gives me the error msg., "Pl. double check that you placed it in your root Application Folder". What does this mean? EzraReply to This
