BUYER BEWARE!!!!

Feedback Type:  Review

Product Platform: MacOSX

Used Product For: Have Not Tried

Recommend Product: NO

I have never left feedback for a product on Version Tracker but I feel compelled to do so on this one. Before installing this product, I asked a few very simple questions to the developer. His answer consisted of a short, terse 1-sentence reply that merely quoted a cryptic sentence on their website. I replied that I would appreciate more information - a simple answer to my specific question before installing the software. The reply came back that he could not answer my question any clearer and I should go to Apple's web site to get an answer, though my question related to how E2Sync worked, NOT with iSync! I replied again, restating my question in simpler terms. No reply. I tried 2 more times to get an answer to my question, but no reply.

Until these people can offer better tech support and more professional customer service....BUYER BEWARE! I'm not taking any changes with these people!

I'm the one who replied to you. - e2Sync

The answer was not terse, not even close to being terse. You kept asking about how things worked, and it was clear you did not understand what iSync does. I told you to go and look at Apple pages on iSync to give you a better understanding, but you refused and wanted us to explain it for you. Sorry, but we don't have time to teach you about someone else software, especially when Apple have excellent web pages explaining everything for you. We are software developers, not OS X trainers. It's ironic you chose "buyer beware" from caveat emptor for your subject, which generally means to do your own homework before making a purchase. Why didn't you follow your own advice?
