My LOOPS four licenses no longer work since the update and their support was to point me to their FAQ page (no URL provided) and then upon entering the email address I used to purchase loops (as directed) I received an error statement indicating they have no record of my email address.
How appropriate that a product that plays infinite loops would place you in an infinite customer service loop that is of no real help. If 2.0 is working, and you do not plan on getting "waterfall" the only new loop they have added in over a year. I would advise you to stay put. If you are looking for good support, do not expect it.

No offense, but combative responses to reviews on versiontracker don't really put a developer in the best light--no matter how justified they may be.Friday, December 30 2005 @ 08:54 PM PST

Tried a different email address? Tried to tell me that it does not work so I can find your email address by using your supplied details?

You were not helpful too. You answered my question inaccurate and off topic. You didn't follow my directions. You seem to have difficulties to browse the web (how hard is it to find the FAQ page on the LOOPS website?)

C'mon, get real. I spend more than 4 hours with emails to you and I am willing to continue the help. But simply posting a comment like this on Versiontracker does not help you to get your v2.0 running. You even didn't want to update your 10.3.2 to 10.3.9 as I suggested. Then don't expect it to work without being a bit more cooperative.
