Existing users, 
I like the smiley pack and a like the fact it is free but the person who made this could have dropped a read me file into the archive to help people install these, it would have taken them about ten seconds copy the text from the web page and pasted into a textedit document.
For those having problems or are clueless as to what to do, just click on the word freeware on the main page entry for this download or visit the developers site. You will need another program to install them.
For such a bad error this will cost this download two stars....otherwise it would have been a perfect 5 star review.

Well I may have been right but I was in a really bad mood when I wrote that. I had been working with computers all day and running into lots of programs and drivers without the proper read me or help files. This is not much of a problem for me but I help a lot of other people out and I often have to search high and low for information to forward to them.
