Product Platform: MacOSX

Used Product For: Less than a month

Recommend Product: NO

skEdit is the best text editor around. I really like it. The project management, minimal feature set and syntax highlighting features are amazing.

Undo is buggy and destructive in 3.5.1/MacOS X 10.4.2

Read that last line until it sinks in. This is totally unusable unless you're backing up every 15 seconds or checking in/out via cvs frequently.

Not suitable for development use -- WARNING! - skti

Hello,

This is the developer, with a couple notes about this issue:

1) It does occur, but depends on your usage patterns. The vast majority of users do not experience any problems. However, if your usage patterns hit the Undo bugs, you may have more frequent problems.
2) It has been resolved for the next release. The betas are available to licensed users.

Thanks,

Sean Kelly

Not suitable for development use -- WARNING! - Horton B. Ovocator-Gelatin3a

Thanks for the quick response -- I am looking forward to seeing the next release. Kudos on fixing this bug. I hope you understand why I feel it's not suitable for dev use until it's fixed, though.
