I can get the application to launch, but then there is no window or menu items that allow me to do anything.

2. How does it work?
You drop a file. If its extension is recognized by MacHacha as a segment (0, 000, 001, Split, rar, exe, machacha), it will attempt to join it; otherwise, it will prompt you to split the file.
