Crashes every time - StopComplaining5555
Unfortunately, the support server is down. There are some posts there that state that you need to turn on IPv6 for the ACTIVE internet connection. The following is pulled off from the Macintouch web site:The actual cause is because IPv6 has been set to off. If you have IPv6 set to off, this crash will result. Open "System Preferences", select "Network", select the pop-up menu next to the "Show:" text field and select the "Built-in Ethernet" pop-up menu. Select the "TCP/IP" tab bar. Now select the "Configure IPv6" button. When the window comes up, make sure you select "Automatically" as the pop-up menu selection next to "Configure IPv6:" text field. If this is off, it's probably why you're getting the crash. This has been reported to the development team and they are aware of the situation.
Again you must turn it on for the ACTIVE connection. If you turn it on, but not for the ACTIVE connection, you'll still crash.
