Product Platform: MacOSX

Used Product For: Have Not Tried

Recommend Product: NO

To run a screensaver module on the desktop, type this command into an active Terminal window (don't close the window if you want to terminate it easily):

"/System/Library/Frameworks/ScreenSaver.framework/Resources/ScreenSaverEngine.app/Contents/MacOS/ScreenSaverEngine -background &"

original source: http://www.macosxhints.com/article.php?story=20020824082233907

or freeware (any of these will do this for free)
Backlight (recommended)
Desktop Effects
Background Sceensaver
Screensaver as Desktop
Moving desktop
Screensvaer Desktop
bgscreensaver
Strikesoft Desksaver

You are joking trying to charge $10 for an function that at least 8 freeware apps do and is easily executed on the command line right?

If you still have the window open type "cmd-c"

If you have closed it type "ps -x" look for the process that looks like /System/Library/Frameworks/ScreenSaver.framework/Resources/ScreenSaverEngine.app/Contents/MacOS/ScreenSaverEngine -background.

Then type "Kill pid" where the pid is the number that proceeds that listing in ps -x.
