Product Platform: MacOSX

Used Product For: Less than a month

Recommend Product: NO

Versions 1.6 & 1.6.1 both crashed my Finder upon first attempted use with the Spinning Beachball of Death. Force Quit was the only answer. I'll give 1.6.2 a shot, but I'm skeptical. Wondering if FG has some sort of issue with one or more of my other installed contextual menu items...

Try again... - Daniel_Stødle_768

Hi,

I'm the developer of FolderGlance. FolderGlance has one confirmed conflict with FontCard - if you have that installed, you'll need get in touch with Unsanity, as they have a fix available. FolderGlance also conflicts with the icWord CM. If you don't have either installed, it'd be great if you could send me an e-mail, so we could work out what is causing the problem. If you could attach a sample from the Finder, that'd be great too. Just open Activity Monitor, then choose the Finder and select Inspect Process from the View menu. Next, make the Finder beachball, and then click Sample in the info window you brought up in Activity Monitor, and send me the log.

Thanks,

Ah Ha! - macsolu

I do have FontCard installed, so I will contact Unsanity and see what's up. I'll post again once I have more news.
