(That URL doesn't work-- www.rosoftengineer.com/php/register.php goes to a page that allows you to purchase the product-- presumably minus 'sponsored' programs-- for US$14.95)
This initial user agreement does not indicate what additional software will be installed; if you agree to it, a second user agreement, for MySearch appears. As far as I can tell, this toolbar is the only 'sponsor' program installed.
After installation (and restart), the MySearch toolbar can be removed using the Add/Remove control panel, though doing so will keep the Rosoft programs from working.
Certainly this is not the only program that installs 'sponsor' programs; the popular Macromedia Flash Player and Adobe Reader both include the Yahoo Toolbar in their default installations, for example.
