I have a schedule set to run backups twice a week, and after I updated the app (just replaced it in applications) my mac wouldn't go to sleep: apparently the scheduler had been updated by the program in one user account, but not the other. Every time I put the computer to sleep, it started back up after 45 seconds - as if it knew it had missed something in its schedule.

After removing the startup item and re-enabling the "wake from sleep" option in the settings, it seems to be working fine. And it does seem faster!
