Product Platform: MacOSX

Used Product For: 6-12 months

Recommend Product: YES

I have used DB for a long time now. I paid for the program long before the free/pro stuff. I received only two burns before having to buy.

The program has been bulletproof for me and the only problem I've had is a couple of very small display snafus. I will be one of the first in line to pay for the upgrade. The company does a wonderful job supporting their stuff.

This program really rocks!

Wonderful Program - kwsanders

DiscBlaze is a good program, but it would have been nice if they had not taken down the support forums and if they would answer emails. :(

Wonderful Program - BryanLAS

We didn't really have a choice on taking the support forum down. And, trust me when I say that we were very reluctant to do so as we have relied on the support forum for quite some time. Hopefully it will return.

As for responding to emails... we do our best. Typically we respond to emails within about 24 hours (often much, much quicker). Lately we've gotten a little behind for a variety of reasons, but if you do not receive a response from us within about 2 or 3 days then something definitely is awry. Either your email to us did not arrive, or our email to you was blocked by a spam blocker or the like. If this happens I recommend trying to send your question via a different email account if possible.
