Made the mistake of buying the upgrade assuming they would include Flash support in version 2.0...

My own stupidity aside, the lack of Flash support is the only glaring issue (and it is a HUGE one, being that many web pages include Flash) with this app.

It's stable, incredibly easy to use, priced right, and makes nice screen shots (providing the web page has no Flash elements in it).

I would love to recommend this product. Unfortunately, that one major issue prevents that.
