If you own a norton antivirus product for Mac OS X, you probably know that uninstalling it is a complex process. You also know that there were problems with the earlier versions that could make your mac shut down to a blue screen and hang, etc. Now this uninstaller is here, promising to fix the mess. Except launching it does nothing, the app doesnt start. So back to the drawing board guys.

Instead of complaining that an app won't start as you describe, try repairing permissions (if you don't know how to do so, it's in Disk Utility). I've experienced this problem many, many times with various people and computers who claim that an application won't work on their computer, and only one time it was true and the developer was quick to fix it. But thanks for not giving it a one star review.Reply to This
