Product Platform: MacOSX

Used Product For: Less than a month

Recommend Product: NO

I was so happy with the earlier version of this program I registered and paid for this upgrade -- now the progress window loads, instantly says "finished" but creates no new files/conversions

weird bug, I've asked support for info but no answer yet . . .

(OSX 10.4.2, 1.6ghz G4, 1.25 gig ram, plenty free HD space)

buggy - jorn

The same thing happens to me quite frequently with certain files, but I have yet to figure out why.

buggy - BJF

Check to make sure your file path and file do not contain spaces or funky characters. Moving and/or renaming files has resolved this issue for me in the past. Good luck!

Probably just a bug in error reporting - Catservant

You probably input invalid values and ffmpegX isn't telling you. I had the same sort of problem if I tried to specify a vertical or horizontal resolution that wasn't a factor of 16. Try again with factor-of-16 resolution values.
