Existing users, 
bought the pro version and worked great for 2weeks. then it failed to open. sent an sos to tech support five days ago and still no answer!
this sucks!

Hi,A similar thing happened to me a while back & it turned out to be corrupted Jave. try reinstalling the latest version of Java (v1.42 I think), which can be downloaded from Apples website.
This should hopefully sort you out.
