Finally! - Jeff Mincey

If you are speaking of Notes web mail, then even earlier versions of Firefox would work with it provided your Notes administrator uses the right template. There is one template which is actually later than another -- even though the versions would be counter-intuitive to this. I think, for example, version 6.0 is actually later than version 6.0.1 (or something to this effect), and it is the former which DOES work with Firefox 1.0.6.

I got this straight from IBM, though apparently for you it's a moot point now.
