I'd rate the product but getting it has been an ordeal due to incredibly poor customer service from Sonic and its shipping agent Element5. When I placed the order I was told I would get order verification and a tracking number. So far I've received 3 useless e-mails from Element5 thanking me for my order. None of the e-mails had anything to do with order status.
I called Roxio and was referred to Element5. They know nothing. I tried to use the Sonic website for customer "service" but there are no phone numbers or usable links for customer service. Element5's website also has no phone numbers nor any usable links for customer support. (My initial Element5 contact was via Roxio.)
Roxio ALWAYS had very good customer support before being acquired by Sonic. I fear customer service is on a steep downhill spiral. And as far as Element5 "service"? Avoid it if you can find it.
