What the &#%! is going on at Apple these days??? This is seriously the ugliest UI they've ever released. Utterly dull and uninspired. The gray is so drab and the window corners have this sharp unappealing quality. Why not just square them off already??? You've dismembered Aqua...and now, in its place, stands some hideous Frankenstein UI.

I hate to say it, but keep this up and Microsoft's Fisher-Price UI will look AMAZING by comparison.

Actually... I like the UI direction Apple is currently going towards.

Definitely an improvement over the previous version. Very nice.

Well, we apparently are in the minority, but I must agree: I think Apple's best days with regard to the UI are behind it -- not just the "look and feel", but the way the System interacts with the user. My perspective comes from using Macs for nearly 20 years, and while I was generally content (if not happy) with using Aqua, the "new", as yet un-named, look to the GUI is unappealing to me in many ways. As always, YMMV.
