Since no one's mentioned it yet ...
Popcorn's functionality has been added to Toast 7. I don't know yet if Roxio intends to continue supporting Popcorn as a separate product, but hope they do since it's often useful to run it and Toast simultaneously. Also not sure if there's any difference between Popcorn 1.0.3 and what's been merged into Toast 7.

One example:Compress a VIDEO_TS folder with Popcorn (saving as a disk image) while burning a DVD with Toast.
