The cost of this upgrade plus observations from others have convinced me to NOT upgrade. When the company cleans up its support and shows more loyalty to its existing users (e.g. a reasonable upgrade price), I will consider this again.

NOTE: I've used the previous product versions for several years. Functionality was fairly good. The enhancements don't make that much of a difference. Buy an old copy if you can find one.
