I've used NUD for years and even before when it was Touchbase. But this version is just so bad. It's almost as if the developers have made a concerted effort to ignore the advances in what OSX has to offer both in content and GUI. Luckily for what I need 4.5 still works for me in Tiger. Anyway to export NUD contacts to Addressbook?

Yuch - mikeawise
The product was never TouchBase. TouchBase and DateBook Pro were separate products made my a separate company (After Hours Software) which Now Software eventually acquired. For a time, Now kept both TouchBase/DateBook as well as NUD/NCT in their line-up, but finally killed the former. They were never the same product.

I totally think a lot of the comments are a bit harsh. If you would contact NOW, they would gladly tell you that they are in transition and the new web site says and more of what to expect.I have been serving on Beta teams (it is no paid position mind you) and yes there is frustration, but you know, even the President of the company will write and answer my questions and or frustrations.
Don’t get me wrong, I understand that you paid for it, we all did and I have 7 licenses, but when it comes to what Now does as an app, it is great, but you ain’t seen nothin’ yet - and I believe what they are saying - these are good hard working people.
I guess I am saying all this for the fact that it is so easy to criticise - I believe in constructive comments (even negative) - but even paying customers need to tame it down a bit and understand that not everyone is a huge monopoly like other software venders and that there are good honest people trying to and betting the farm on their product.
One last thing, in all graciousness ALTNAME34 - Now has offered Address book sync for more than 2 years - look under the “file - synchronize with” and you can do it there, it works great.
