Product Platform: MacOSX

Used Product For: Have Not Tried

Recommend Product: NO

The user agreement, to which you are required to agree, before downloading, EXPLICITLY LIMITS USE TO 1 (ONE) COMPUTER. Since the included definition of "computer" clearly includes both your Palm and your Desktop, USE OF THIS ON BOTH YOUR PALM AND YOUR DESKTOP IS A VIOLATION OF THE AGREEMENT. [Nice work guys! ... First, we kill all the lawyers ... -- Shakespeare]

Overly Rstrictive User Agreement - HealthEngageSupport

That's simply not true. It is per cpu, 1 cpu on your desktop and 1 on your handheld device.

Overly Rstrictive User Agreement - Brass Hammer

Nice work. The phrase "First, we kill all the lawyers ..." is actually a compliment for lawyers.

"The first thing we do," said the character in Shakespeare's Henry VI, is "kill all the lawyers." Contrary to popular belief, the proposal was not designed to restore sanity to commercial life. Rather, it was intended to eliminate those who might stand in the way of a contemplated revolution -- thus underscoring the important role that lawyers can play in society.

They are more important today than ever.
