The user agreement, to which you are required to agree, before downloading, EXPLICITLY LIMITS USE TO 1 (ONE) COMPUTER. Since the included definition of "computer" clearly includes both your Palm and your Desktop, USE OF THIS ON BOTH YOUR PALM AND YOUR DESKTOP IS A VIOLATION OF THE AGREEMENT. [Nice work guys! ... Nice work. The phrase "First, we kill all the lawyers ..." is actually a compliment for lawyers."The first thing we do," said the character in Shakespeare's Henry VI, is "kill all the lawyers."
