It is listed as freeware but that ain't true, on the developers website it costs $ 39.95 US. In my eyes that is a scam. Nobody can be THAT stupid when posting a program.

No, it's ok. Pica Jet exists in 2 versions: a FX version that is commercial and a Free version, that is, well, free.
