Existing users, 
Paid for their product. Gave me an expired notice and won't allow me to unlock it. Multiple calls and e-mails to this "company" (if they really exist) have gone unanswered. I'd take legal action, but it's just not worth it for a $20 product and these guys know it.
Avoid this product like the plague. This company seems to only be interested in ripping people off.
