The S.E.T.I project has now converted to new software called B.O.I.N.C this stands for Berkeley Open Infrastructure for Network Computing, BOINC can also run a number of other projects that use distributed computing. If you want to use the new SETI/BOINC please go to the usual Seti site that now goes to the updated SETI website.

NOTICE: SETI/BOINC HAS COME OUT OF ALPHA AND BETA, IT HAS ALSO REPLACED THE OLD SETI CLASSIC. I HOPE VERSIONTRACKER PICKS UP ON THIS UPDATE AND PUTS BOINC IN ITS DATABASE.
