Hey just so you know, I used .2 and .3 with a windows filesystem(fat32 I guess, if that's what XP uses) via my osx laptop and I had exactly NO issues, so why is the installer now being limited to just hfs format? when it has a fat32 format I can have it mount easily on all OS's without problem as an external HD.

Huh? mac format required? - kainjow

There have been a variety of problems installing it onto FAT32 iPods, and I'm not sure why.... I think it's something to do with how the partitions are setup, but I'm not really sure.
