Do yourself a favor and don't by this product. Better yet, don't even try it. It doesn't work with Tiger. He touts a Tiger-compatible version on his website, but it doesn't actually exist. The only supposedly Tiger-compatible product is Excursion, but it's a demo version that has already expired and you can't get a registered version. There is zero, nothing, zip, nonexistent support from the developer. He makes himself like some big shot with sales, info and support email addresses, but when you call him, you get his voicemail at his other job, which he never seems to be at. He will never answer your emails, never return your phone calls, but gladly take your $45 to purchase the product. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!

I agree, sync is broken in Tiger. For those of you that have paid up already, you may be intersted in a temporary workaround that lets you replicate from Lotus Notes to iCal (but not the other way). This is enough for my needs at the moment:1. Turn on Personal Web Sharing (System Preferences/Sharing/Services/Personal Web Sharing).
2. In the finder, navigate to /Users/yourusername/Sites/ and create a folder for your calendar (I use 'calendar')
3. Open up another finder window (Command+N) and navigate to /Users/yourusername/Calendars
4. Create an alias to the calendar(s) that you wish to use (I only use UNFILED.ics) by holding down command+option then dragging the calendar file from (3) to the folder you created in (2). Delete the 'alias' ending so that the shortcut has the same name as your original file (ends in .ics)
5. Open iCal, create a new calendar (File/New Calendar) then subscribe (Calendar/Subscribe) to the alias you just created (http://localhost/~yourusername/calendar/UNFILED.ics
6. If you have more than one Notes calendar file, repeat step 5
7. Er, that's it..
This doesn't give calendar sync but will allow you to at least read your Notes calendar without the notes client. I use it to have a copy of my diary on my Treo.
The downside of this way of doing things is that there is no security, and anyone that can get to your local website can read your calendar file. I'm experimenting with using an authenticated WebDav connection, but this is the 'quick & dirty' method.
Hopefully, there will be a Kissworks update (please...)
