This used to be my #1 browser, but something's gone wrong with it, as it's practically unusable after being open a couple of days -- slow, hestations, spinning cursor, not responding, etc. Back to Safari for now.

I agree -- some of the sites I visit routinely in Safari are cause for concern with Firefox. CNN.com is one -- I'll hit it and Firefox will spin the beachball for 90 seconds or longer, not permit scrolling, not permit menu selection, tab selection or anything else. On occasion, a force-quit is necessary. Clearing cache, histories or anything else doesn't seem to restore 1.0.6 to useability. Perhaps it is a missing ad, a server that's down that feeds some of CNN.com's horrid site, or other issues, but Firefox should never freeze because of bad code on CNN.Painful to use. I'm bummed, and hoping for a 1.0.7 fix sometime soon.
