I have tried reinstalling Acrobat Reader 7.0 twice on each of two 10.4.2 systems and have tried the 7.0.2 updater and now the 7.0.3 updater. Always I get this message, and there is nothing I can figure out to do.

I had this problem, too, but I simply opened up Acrobat Reader, went to the Help menu -->Check for updates. It said I needed a previous update (7.0.2). I downloaded both, and now everything is fine.

I see. First 7.0.1, then 7.0.2, then 7.0.3, etc. No combo updates.
