G3 system, OSX 10.3.9 - Immediately after update, both Safari and Mail refuse to launch. I did NOTHING in between that could have caused this, and Firefox and IE are both unaffected.

Note to the "lucky ones" so far unaffected. Remember that bugs don't always affect all users, or all users equally. Save your insults for people who actually think you're cute.

I am having the same problem... Anyone with an answer would greatly be appreciated! I ran the permissions repair and that did not work. I am running OSX 10.3.9
