Drew from DM finally tried to help me, but then he stopped. My iSight scans fine, but while DVDs, CDs, Computer Books all get found at Amazon, mass market paperbacks can't be found. For MMP I must type in the ISBN so they get found. If I type in the UPC or use the iSight (which uses the UPC) its a no go for MMP. I paid so I have to use this software and at least i can enter the ISBN and get a valid lookup, but I'm sorry to say that now I wouldn't recommend this software.

Yup, US version has problems - robbleatherwood
For both Drew and the original commenter: Many mass-market paperbacks have TWO different UPC symbols - one on the back cover, and one on the inside of the front cover. Delicious Library successfully looks up the one on the inside front cover (in my experience), but not the one on the back. I suspect this is actually an Amazon issue more than a DL issue. Some other books have the same issue, but it's almost all paperbacks, and in almost every case there's a second UPC on the inside of the front cover that works.
Good luck!

Robbl,Ha! This is part of what I sent to Drew before I saw your reply:
'I was at Barnes & Noble the other day and watched how the gal at the register opened the front cover on a paperback and used the barcode located there. I never noticed it before and asked her about it. She said: “It’s the one that works”... '
I appreciate your reply and DL like B&N does work with paperbacks when you scan the inside cover barcode (which is a different barcode/number from the back cover).

tankknight, this is Drew from Delicious Monster. We're certainly still trying to investigate this issue. Please don't feel like you're locked in by any means - you're the first instance of a UPC lookup issue at all like this that we've heard so I'm really curious to figure out what might be causing this and I've written you back with some more things to try. If Delicious Library is not what you're looking for or we for some reason can't get to the bottom of this, we will of course offer you a refund if you'd rather just stop using it. I'm totally here to help figure stuff like this out though so I'd love to continue troubleshooting it by email.I'd also definitely want to know if anyone else is being affected by anything similar to this. Please reply here and/or write us at delicious@delicious-monster.com
