Excellent software both in terms of quality of design, functionality, ease of use, and performance. A clear winner. I have done beta testing for the developer and he is very helpful, knowledgable, and willing to take the time to put out a great product. Modifications and fixes are fulfilled in lightening speed. A must have product and priced competatively. Take care of your business/customers, download/test iRatchet, the purchase the product. This is only an initial release. I wait with anticipation for v2 and beyond.

P.S. - no he did not provide a free copy for my review, so if there is any bias it only for a great product.
