Recommend Product: NO

And their upgrade policy is whacked too. After April 1st 2005, 39$. Well I purchased my copy of 4.1 on July 27th 2005. Received and installed on August 1st. I have had it for *9 DAYS* and they still expect me to pay 39$ for the upgrade. *9 DAYS*! This is too much! I am now asking myself if I really want to continue doing business with this company. If I had known they were that close to releasing 5 I would probably have waited to purchase it. And most companies have the decency to give a free upgrade if you buy their product within a certain period of time before the next big release. Say a month. I just specced another app which will be coming out at some point in an OSX native version. They said it will be 199.95, but if I purchase the classic version right now for 149.95 they will apply it towards the purchase price of the new version when it comes out, even if that's not until next year!

RE: Bias Upgrade policies... - richter_s

I really want to know if Apple Sountrack is better! Peak upgrade is nearly the same price as new full version of Apple Soundtrack. I need some help for the right decision...!
