Wonder when Apple will be taking Unsanity to court to stop them using the words Mighty Mouse? ;-) A great little proggy it is too.

Mighty Mouse is in fact Unsanity invented name/product. It goes far earlier than Apple one. Really weird but remember "K" :)Monday, April 24 2006 @ 06:24 AM PDT

It doesn't matter if Unsanity used the name earlier (if that were the case, then the cartoon would take precedence), but whether they bothered to register the name as a trademark. If they didn't, they may be SOL.Thursday, November 30 2006 @ 04:00 PM PST

If they didn't register it they don't own it, but my understanding is that it then falls into "public domain," and anyone can use it.Tuesday, June 02 2009 @ 11:40 PM PDT

Apple unlikely to sue. However Viacom could as Apple are using the Mighty Mouse trademark on License from what I remember. :)Thursday, November 30 2006 @ 04:30 PM PST

THIS IS ONE STUPID COMMENT!Unsanity's Mighty Mouse was out LONG BEFORE Apple's hardware mouse.
Unsanity is the one that could take Apple to court.
